The farmer began agricultural activities in 2004 and currently manages a 51.32 ha farm in the Šiauliai district, of which 25.40 ha are owned. Long-term farming experience and consistent business development provide a solid foundation for stable farm operations.

The farm specialises in crop production, growing oilseed rape, wheat, and barley. These crops ensure a clear production focus and stable sales opportunities. The farmer carries out the main agricultural works using owned machinery, including two tractors, a combine harvester, and other necessary agricultural equipment. The available machinery fleet enables efficient organisation of seasonal work and independent execution of the main production processes.

This is already the farmer’s fifth financing project on the InSoil platform. To date, the farmer has received €64,900 in loans through the platform, of which three loans have already been fully repaid, while one loan is still active. The remaining outstanding principal amounts to €4,958.85.

The current financing is intended for working capital, supporting smooth seasonal operations, maintaining financial flexibility, and ensuring a stable production cycle.

Long-term farming experience, owned land base, available machinery, and previous financing history provide a solid foundation for the continued operation and development of the farm.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
