A crop farming business has been operating in the Alytus district for more than 22 years, having built substantial experience and ensuring stable and consistent farm operations. The farm grows key agricultural crops such as wheat, rapeseed, and beans, enabling diversification and reducing risks associated with fluctuations in yields and market prices.

The farmer currently cultivates 214.89 hectares of land, of which 43.73 hectares are owned. The farm applies no-till farming practices, which help optimize costs, improve soil quality, and ensure sustainable and modern agricultural operations.

The farm’s technical base includes a combine harvester, several tractors, and all essential cultivation equipment, such as a seeder, cultivator, sprayer, and other implements, allowing the farmer to independently carry out all key agricultural operations.

The farmer is currently applying to InSoil for a €15,000 working capital loan, which will be used to prepare for the harvest season – covering fuel and other operational expenses. The financing is directly linked to ensuring business continuity and preparing for the upcoming harvest.

It is important to note that the farmer is well known on the platform – since 2021, three loan agreements have been concluded, of which two have already been fully repaid, and all obligations are being fulfilled on time without delays. This demonstrates a responsible approach to financial commitments and strong payment discipline.

Considering the farmer’s long-term experience, stable operations, strong technical base, and excellent repayment history, the project is assessed as a reliable investment opportunity with controlled risk and a clearly defined financing purpose.
