Project Summary

The farm was established in 2025 in the Vilnius district. It currently declares 16 hectares of land, all of which is leased. The farm is focused on a mixed crop and vegetable production model.

The farm is engaged in crop production and vegetable growing. The main crops include wheat, onions, potatoes, peas, and oats. Farming is carried out on a family basis, alongside the son’s farm, which will provide a guarantee for the father’s loan.
The son’s farm is fully organic and declares 23 hectares of land, of which 3.5 hectares are owned. It cultivates organic peas, oats, wheat, garlic, carrots, onions, radishes, pumpkins, and beetroot. Together, the family farms approximately 40 hectares and is engaged in both crop production and vegetable growing.

Security
The loan will be guaranteed by the son, who operates his own organic farm. This provides additional security for repayment.

The requested funds will be used for the acquisition of a used combine harvester. The investment is intended to strengthen the technical base and improve operational efficiency.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
