Project Summary

The project belongs to a livestock farm operating in the Pagėgiai district since 2010. The farm specializes in beef cattle farming, and the requested financing is intended for working capital to cover existing obligations following an unsuccessful 2025 season.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2010 in the Pagėgiai district. It currently declares 41 hectares of land, of which 20 hectares are owned. The farm is engaged in livestock farming and focuses on beef cattle production.

Operating Model
The farm is engaged in beef cattle farming. Cattle are purchased young, raised on the farm, and later sold for meat. Most of the farm’s land is sown with grass used for feed. The farm currently holds 30 beef cattle, which are planned to be sold at the beginning of 2027. The 2026 plan foresees increasing the herd to 50 cattle.

Security
As collateral for the loan, the borrower will pledge 107 m² administrative premises located at Vytauto g. 2-3, Pagėgiai. This provides additional security for repayment.

Financial Situation
The year 2025 was unsuccessful for the farm, as part of the livestock had to be destroyed due to disease, which caused financial difficulties. In response to this situation, the farm insured its livestock in 2026.

Relationship with InSoil
The farm is a member of the InSoil community. It currently has one active loan with an outstanding balance of EUR 14,000.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for working capital to cover existing obligations. The financing need arose after the unsuccessful 2025 season, when the farm faced difficulties in repaying its existing loan.

Conclusion
The project represents an experienced livestock farm with a clear operating model, additional collateral, and a defined financing purpose. The financing is intended to stabilize the situation after an unsuccessful season and ensure continuity of operations.
