A farm established in 2014 in the Alytus district operates as a mixed agricultural business, combining both crop production and livestock farming activities. The farmer manages 269.20 hectares of agricultural land, of which 30 hectares are owned, while the remaining area is leased. The main crops grown on the farm are wheat, triticale, rapeseed, and peas. The livestock operation consists of approximately 60 beef and dairy cattle, ensuring diversification of activities and reducing seasonal risks.
The farm is equipped with essential agricultural machinery, including three tractors, a combine harvester, a sprayer, and other cultivation equipment, allowing the farmer to independently and efficiently carry out the main farming operations throughout the season. The farmer has previously cooperated with InSoil and has a positive history of timely loan repayments.
The farmer is applying to the InSoil investor community for a loan intended to strengthen working capital. The financing will be used to prepare for the upcoming season and cover key operational expenses, including fertilizers, seeds, fuel, feed, and machinery maintenance. The financing will directly contribute to ensuring smooth farm operations and proper preparation for the new season.
It should be noted that the farmer has been an InSoil client since 2021 and during this period has concluded eight loan agreements, three of which are currently active. Previous financial obligations have been fulfilled responsibly, and loans have been repaid on time, confirming the farmer’s reliability and responsible approach toward financial obligations.
To secure the loan obligations, two land plots owned by the farmer will be pledged, providing investors with additional financing security.
Considering the scale of the farm, diversified operations, accumulated farming experience, strong technical base, and positive repayment history, the project is assessed as a reliable investment opportunity with a clearly defined financing purpose and controlled risk.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
