Project Summary
The project belongs to an organic mixed farm operating in the Šilutė district since 2015. The farm combines crop production and livestock farming, and the requested financing is intended for working capital to prepare for the upcoming season, mainly for fuel purchases.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2015 in the Šilutė district and is fully organic with the relevant certification. It currently declares 81 hectares of land, all of which is leased. The farm operates a mixed model, combining crop production and livestock farming.

Operating Model and Sustainability
The farm is mixed. In crop production, the main crops are oats, wheat, buckwheat, peas, and lupins. In livestock farming, the farm keeps 30 animals, including 20 dairy cows and 10 youngstock. Revenue is distributed approximately 50/50 between the two activities.
Land is managed using no-till practices, supported by crop rotation and cover crops. Part of the grain production is used internally for feed, while the remaining part is sold. This operating model supports greater self-sufficiency and contributes to long-term sustainability.

Family Farming Model
The farm is operated together with the family, alongside the mother’s farm, which declares 39 hectares of land, all of which is owned. Altogether, the family operates more than 100 hectares of land and keeps around 40 dairy cows. This family farming structure strengthens the operational base and allows more efficient organization of daily farming activities.

Relationship with InSoil
The farm is a member of the InSoil community. The current outstanding balance of existing loans amounts to EUR 129,000. Payments are made on time.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for working capital purposes related to preparation for the upcoming season, mainly for fuel purchases.

Conclusion
The project represents an organic mixed farm with a diversified operating model, family farm synergy, and a clearly defined financing purpose. The financing is intended to ensure smooth continuity of operations and preparation for seasonal work.
