Project Summary
The project belongs to a mixed farm operating in the Mažeikiai district since 1995. The farm combines crop production and beef cattle farming, with operations carried out for more than three decades. The requested financing is intended for the acquisition of used machinery and partly for working capital.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 1995 in the Mažeikiai district. It currently declares 93 hectares of land, of which 70 hectares are owned. A significant share of owned land provides a strong foundation for long-term operations and greater stability.

Operating Model and Sustainability
The farm operates a mixed model. In crop production, the main crops are oats, wheat, and peas. In livestock farming, the farm raises around 40 beef cattle. Revenue is distributed approximately 50/50 between these two activities.
Land is managed using no-till practices, supported by crop rotation and cover crops. Part of the grain production is used internally for feed, while the remaining part is sold. This model supports greater self-sufficiency and a diversified income structure.

Additional Activity
In addition, the farm has a fitted-out van used to travel between towns and sell meat directly. This provides an additional sales channel and allows direct access to end customers.

Relationship with InSoil
The farm has been a member of the InSoil community since 2021. During this period, it has had 5 loans in total, of which 4 have already been fully repaid. The total repaid amount is EUR 117,000. The farm currently has one active loan with an outstanding balance of EUR 33,000.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for the acquisition of used machinery and partly for working capital. The investment is intended to strengthen the technical base and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Conclusion
The project represents an experienced mixed farm with a significant share of owned land, a diversified operating model, and an existing cooperation history with InSoil. The financing purpose is clearly defined and related both to strengthening technical capacity and ensuring continuity of operations.
