Payment schedule
The agricultural operation was established in 2022 and is situated in the Ukmergė district. The farm focuses on crop farming, cultivating wheat, rapeseed, barley, and other arable crops. It manages a total of 48.73 hectares of farmland, with 4.2 hectares being privately owned and the remaining 44.53 hectares held under lease agreements.

The farm maintains its own machinery fleet, which includes a combine harvester, tractor, seed drill, sprayer, trailer, and additional tillage equipment. This enables the independent execution of all fieldwork. Farming practices incorporate no-till technology, contributing to the preservation of soil structure, reduction of erosion, and optimization of fuel consumption.

Financial data for the farm indicates an increase in key metrics. Turnover grew from EUR 51,807 to EUR 62,262, while profit increased from EUR 27,260 to EUR 42,937. The farm's asset base also expanded, rising from EUR 113,158 to EUR 151,887.

The current loan request is for working capital to support ongoing operational needs. This financing aims to facilitate the continued activities of the farm, which is characterized by its established operational methods and recent financial performance trends.
