Project Summary
The project belongs to a crop farming operation located in the Alytus district, operating since 2024. The farm is run on a family basis and is integrated into a broader family farming model. The requested financing is intended for working capital to prepare for the upcoming season, mainly for fuel purchases.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2024 in the Alytus district. It currently declares 85 hectares of agricultural land, of which 5 hectares are owned. Although the farm is relatively new, it does not operate in isolation and is supported by family farming experience and an already established operational base.

Operating Model and Sustainability
The farm specializes in crop production, primarily cultivating wheat, rapeseed, and beans. Land is managed using no-till practices, supported by crop rotation and cover crops. This farming model focuses on soil preservation and long-term operational continuity.

Family Farming Model
The farm is operated on a family basis, alongside the brother’s farm, which is one of the largest crop farms in the region. The brothers farm together. Altogether, the family operates more than 700 hectares of land, of which around 200 hectares are owned. This structure gives the business scale, better opportunities for efficient machinery use, and a stronger overall operational foundation.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for working capital purposes related to preparation for the upcoming season, mainly for fuel purchases.

Conclusion
The project represents a newer crop farm that is integrated into a strong family farming structure, with a clear operating direction and a clearly defined financing purpose. The financing is intended to ensure smooth seasonal preparation and continuity of operations.
