Payment schedule

The farmer operates in the Joniškis district and currently cultivates 11.51 hectares of fully owned land. The farm specialises in crop production, growing wheat and oilseed rape.

The farm has the machinery required to carry out its main agricultural operations but currently does not own a combine harvester. Acquiring harvesting machinery would enable the farmer to manage the entire production cycle independently, reduce reliance on contracted services, and harvest crops at the most suitable time.

The loan is secured by a first-priority lien on 6.1 hectares of agricultural land (representing 62.2% of the total 9.8 ha property) as collateral. The value of 6.1 hectares agricultural land is 24064.22 €.

The current financing is intended for the purchase of a combine harvester. This investment will strengthen the farm’s technical capacity, improve the efficiency of seasonal operations, and support its further development.
