Agricultural activities have been carried out in the Telšiai district since 2012, specialising in dairy farming, which involves rearing cattle and selling raw milk to processors. The farm currently utilises 34.42 hectares of land, of which 12.74 hectares are owned.
The farm grows grass for its own cattle, thereby ensuring an internal supply of feed and maintaining control over production processes. The farmer runs the farm independently, without hired staff, and this model is designed to maintain a clear cost structure and direct oversight of day-to-day operations. The most important farm tasks, including field work, meadow maintenance and feed preparation, are carried out using a tractor and the necessary machinery.

In the most recent financial period, the farm achieved a turnover of approximately €242,278, up from €122,125 in the previous period. Profitability also increased – from approximately €30,863 to €68,899. The farm’s asset base increased from approximately €187,679 to €274,064.
Future plans include the renovation of the cowshed and an increase in the number of milking cows, with a view to expanding milk production and, in the long term, strengthening the farm’s revenue base. The current funding application is for working capital, with the aim of supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining financial flexibility and facilitating preparations for these planned changes.

This project reflects an established dairy farming operation with a clear track record demonstrating growth in the scale of operations and financial results, and seeking funding for its current operations and future expansion.
