The farmer has been engaged in agricultural activities in the Vilnius district since 2013. In 2026, the farm declares 118 fields with a total area of 506.12 hectares, of which approximately 19 hectares are owned. Compared to 2025, when 379.93 hectares were declared, the cultivated land area increased by more than 126 hectares within one year. This reflects active farm expansion and increasing production capacity.

The farm operates as a mixed agricultural business, with crop production as its main activity. Winter wheat and spring barley account for the largest share of the declared area, together covering more than 322 hectares. The farm also grows spring oats, spring wheat, winter oilseed rape, buckwheat, protein crop mixtures, maize, lucerne, clover, and other crops. This diversified crop structure supports crop rotation and reduces dependency on a single crop, harvest outcome, or market price fluctuations.

In addition to crop production, the farmer also keeps livestock for milk and meat production. This mixed operating model enables the farm to use its resources more efficiently, allocate part of its crop production to animal feed, and maintain a more balanced operating and income cycle.

The farm’s machinery fleet includes two combine harvesters, eight tractors, and other necessary agricultural equipment. This technical base enables the farmer to independently carry out key field operations, efficiently organise seasonal work, complete harvesting on time, and ensure a smooth production process across a large cultivated area.

In 2025, the farm’s total income, including grants and subsidies, amounted to €179,728, compared to €236,149 in 2024. The decrease was caused by lower sales revenue from agricultural production and a lower amount of grants and subsidies received. In addition, part of the production had not yet been sold by the end of the year and remained recognised as inventory, the value of which increased from €107,583 to €169,747.

The current financing is intended for working capital. Following the significant increase in the cultivated land area, the farm requires additional funding for seeds, fertilisers, crop protection products, fuel, and other seasonal operating expenses. The financing will support smooth seasonal operations, maintain financial flexibility, and ensure a stable operating cycle for the mixed farm.

The farm’s large and expanding cultivated area, diversified operating structure, strong machinery base, and long-term farming experience provide a solid foundation for continued operations and further development.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
