Payment schedule
An agricultural operation located in Migonys was established in 2006. The farm declares 103.83 hectares of agricultural land, of which 13.20 hectares are owned. The primary activities involve crop farming, supported by a combine harvester, indicating a focus on crop production.

The current loan request is for the purchase of a New Holland CX840 6 M combine harvester.

Financially, the operation has demonstrated an increase in profitability from the previous to the current reporting period, with profit nearly doubling. The asset base has expanded, and equity has grown, indicating an improving financial position.

Considering the farm’s operational history since 2006, its established land base, and the specific purpose of the loan for equipment acquisition, this project represents an existing agricultural enterprise seeking to invest in operational assets.
