FARM OVERVIEW
The crop farm has been operating in the Ukmergė district since 2013. The farm grows a variety of agricultural crops, including oats, wheat, buckwheat, peas, and other cereal and legume crops.
The total cultivated land area amounts to 174.07 hectares, of which 29.86 hectares are owned by the farmer, while the remaining land is cultivated under lease agreements.
The farmer applies direct seeding (no-till) technology, which helps reduce soil cultivation costs, preserve soil quality, limit soil erosion, and contribute to more sustainable and efficient long-term farm operations.
TECHNICAL BASE
The farm has its own machinery fleet, enabling the farmer to independently carry out the main agricultural activities and ensure smooth organisation of seasonal work.
The machinery fleet includes two tractors, a combine harvester, harrows, a seed drill, a fertiliser spreader, a sprayer, a grain transport trailer, as well as other implements required for soil cultivation and crop maintenance.
This technical base allows the farmer to perform most of the key agricultural work independently, reducing reliance on external service providers.
PURPOSE OF FINANCING
The farmer is applying for financing to increase working capital. The financing will be used to cover ongoing farm operating needs and will help ensure the smooth continuation of agricultural activities during the most intensive periods of the farming season.
INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
The project is distinguished by:
- more than 10 years of successful farming activity;
- 174.07 hectares of cultivated agricultural land;

- an established cooperation history with InSoil;
- a clearly defined financing purpose – working capital needs;
- diversified crop production involving several different crops.
The farm’s long operating history, established technical base, sustainable farming practices, and clearly defined financing need provide a solid basis for considering the project an attractive investment opportunity in the agricultural sector.
