The farmer has been operating since 2019 in Šilutė district. The farm is mixed – it carries out crop farming and beef cattle farming activities. The farm grows various grain crops, using crop rotation, and winter wheat is currently sown. The farm also keeps about 30 beef cattle.

The farmer currently declares 16.90 ha of agricultural land, of which 2.25 ha belongs to him by ownership right. In addition, the farmer is currently acquiring approximately 3 ha more of agricultural land, thereby increasing the share of land he owns. In the future, it is planned to further increase the total cultivated land area and expand the farm's operations.

The farmer has the main agricultural machinery needed for farm operations; however, the tractor used until now has completely broken down, so at present he has to use a rented tractor to carry out seasonal work. For this reason, the client is applying for financing to purchase a newer tractor. The loan funds are planned to be used to purchase a 2011-model "John Deere 6430" tractor, which will be used directly in the farm's day-to-day operations.

The client has been cooperating with "InSoil" since 2022. Over the course of the cooperation, the client has been granted three loans, all of which have been fully repaid. The client's credit history is impeccable, with no overdue or unfulfilled obligations recorded.

As collateral for the loan, the 2011 "John Deere 6430" tractor purchased with the financing funds will be pledged, and in addition, the 2.25 ha plot of agricultural land owned by the farmer will also be pledged.
