A mixed farm in Kaišiadorys district was established in 2020 and holds an organic farming certificate. The farm carries out beef cattle farming and grain crop farming activities.

The farmer has been an "InSoil" client since 2022. Over the course of the cooperation, three loan agreements have been concluded, of which two currently still have remaining obligations outstanding.

The farmer has applied to "InSoil" for refinancing of the existing loans, in order to spread the remaining obligations over a significantly longer period. This would reduce the burden of periodic payments and better align loan repayment with the farm's current cash flows. Currently refinancing loan LT0002762, and later plan to refinance loan LT0002738.

According to the client, the past two years have been difficult for the farm due to several factors: increased fuel prices, higher labor costs, increased feed preparation costs, and damage to crops caused by a strong windstorm.

According to the 2026 crop declaration, the farm declares 74.34 ha of agricultural land, of which 20 ha belongs to the farmer.
