Payment schedule
The agricultural operation, established in 2009, is located in Marijampolės savivaldybė, specifically in Liudvinavas. The farmer has accumulated over 15 years of experience in agricultural activities. The farm specializes in crop production, cultivating wheat, rapeseed, potatoes, garlic, and other agricultural crops across 82.54 hectares of managed land, of which 19 hectares are under ownership.

The farm operates with an established machinery base, including a combine harvester, seeder, and trailer, for land cultivation and harvesting. Investment is ongoing to enhance operational efficiency. The current financing request is for working capital, intended for the acquisition of smaller agricultural machinery and implements, alongside covering ongoing operating expenses and seasonal working capital requirements.

As an InSoil client since 2021, the farmer has engaged in 6 loan agreements, with 4 already fully repaid and 2 currently active. All payments across these agreements have been made on time and without any delays, reflecting a consistent record of meeting financial obligations.

The farm's financial statements indicate a turnover growth from EUR 68,785 in 2024 to EUR 81,046 in 2025, with profit increasing from EUR 18,445 to EUR 22,467 over the same period. Total assets demonstrated a slight increase from EUR 130,179 in 2024 to EUR 133,241 in 2025, reflecting a growing operational scale and asset base.

The project highlights an experienced agricultural operation with a consistent track record, substantial land management, and an established equipment base. The current financing seeks to support ongoing operational requirements and minor equipment acquisition. The farmer is providing 7.3 ha out of a total of 14.55 ha of land as collateral.
