A mixed farm in Kelmė district has been operating successfully since 2014, combining crop farming and dairy cattle farming. Over more than ten years of operation, the farm has grown and currently manages 161.45 ha of agricultural land. The main crops grown are wheat, peas, and oats. The livestock operation keeps approximately 70 cattle, of which 31 are dairy cows. The milk produced is sold through the "Dobilas" cooperative, and the grain harvested is sold to UAB "Agrokoncernas," meaning the farm has well-established sales channels for its main products.

Recent financial results show a positive trend in the farm's operations. Turnover increased from EUR 91,431 to EUR 125,800, representing an increase of almost 38%. At the same time, the financial result improved from a loss of EUR 2,684 to a profit of EUR 6,796. Positive changes are also visible in the liability structure – total liabilities decreased from EUR 19,522 to EUR 8,725, more than halving.

The farmer is currently applying for working capital financing to ensure the ongoing operational needs of the farm. The financing will help maintain a smooth operating cycle and fund the day-to-day costs of both crop and livestock farming.

The project is supported by more than ten years of operating history, a managed land area of 161.45 ha, diversified operations encompassing both crop farming and dairy cattle farming, established sales channels, and improving financial results. Growing turnover, achieved profitability, and significantly reduced liabilities indicate a strengthened financial position for the farm, and the requested financing will be used directly to support ongoing farm operations and working capital needs.
