Project Summary
The project belongs to a mixed crop and vegetable farm operating in the Prienai district since 2018. The farm grows both cereal crops and vegetables. The requested financing is intended to complete the investments planned under an NMA small farm support project and to acquire the remaining two agricultural implements.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2018 in the Prienai district. It currently declares nearly 15 hectares of agricultural land, of which 8 hectares are owned. The farm carries out both crop and vegetable production activities.

Operating Model and Diversification
The farm grows cereal crops including rye, oats, and wheat, as well as vegetables such as pumpkins and potatoes. Cultivating several different crops provides diversification between cereal production and vegetable farming.

Investment Project
The farm has received support under an NMA small farm programme and is investing in various agricultural machinery and implements. Part of the project has already been implemented using the farmer’s own funds. For the remaining stage, the farm plans to purchase a fertilizer spreader and a plough to be used for soil preparation related to vegetable production.

Financing Purpose
The total value of the remaining equipment investment is approximately EUR 33,000. The farmer is financing part of the investment from own funds, while the requested loan will cover the remaining amount required to complete the project.

Conclusion
The project represents a diversified crop and vegetable farm with an owned land base and an investment project supported by NMA. Part of the investment has already been completed using the farmer’s own funds, while the requested financing is intended to acquire the remaining two implements and complete the project.
