Project Summary
The project belongs to a crop farming operation located in the Ukmergė district, operating since 2015. The farm specializes in cereal, legume, and vegetable production and applies sustainable land management practices. The requested financing is intended to refinance two existing loans, extend the repayment period, and provide additional working capital for preparation for the new season.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2015 in the Ukmergė district. It currently declares nearly 26 hectares of agricultural land, all of which is leased. The farm has more than a decade of operating experience and consistently carries out crop production activities.

Operating Model and Sustainability
The farm primarily grows wheat, buckwheat, potatoes, and peas. Land is managed using no-till practices, supported by crop rotation and cover crops. This farming model focuses on soil preservation and long-term operational continuity.

Relationship with InSoil
The farm has been a member of the InSoil community since 2025. It currently has two active loans with a combined outstanding balance of approximately EUR 16,000. All payments are made on time.

Financing Purpose
While planning for the coming year and aiming to better balance the farm’s cash flows, the farmer applied to refinance both existing loans. The new financing would be structured over a longer period and under a new repayment schedule, while part of the funds would be used for working capital needs related to preparation for the new season.

Conclusion
The project represents a crop farm with more than a decade of operating experience, a clear business direction, sustainable land management practices, and an existing cooperation history with InSoil. The financing purpose is clearly defined – to refinance two existing loans, extend the repayment period, and preserve additional working capital for preparation for the new season.
