Payment schedule
The farm was established in 2008 and operates as a crop farming business. The operation manages a declared land area totaling 299.19 hectares, of which 230.00 hectares are owned.

The current loan request is for the acquisition of additional land.

Financial reporting for 2025 indicates the operation holds assets valued at EUR 989,252, with equity amounting to EUR 828,937 and liabilities at EUR 3,073. This reflects a substantial asset base and a strong equity position relative to its liabilities. The operation reported a profit of EUR 50,982 for the period, and its balance sheet has shown an improvement in key metrics.

Based on its established operational history since 2008, the scale of its land management, and its current financial standing, this project seeks financing to support its agricultural expansion through land purchase.
