Project Summary
The project belongs to a mixed farm operating in the Anykščiai district since 2001. The farm’s main activity is crop production, complemented by a smaller-scale livestock operation. The requested financing is intended for working capital to successfully complete the current season and prepare for the upcoming one.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2001 in the Anykščiai district. It currently declares 155 hectares of agricultural land, of which 78 hectares are owned. The farm has more than 20 years of operating experience and a significant owned land base.

Operating Model and Diversification
The farm operates a mixed model, with crop production as its main business activity. Approximately 90% of turnover is generated from cereal and legume production. The main crops are wheat, barley, oats, rye, and peas.

The remaining approximately 10% of turnover is generated from livestock activities, including beef cattle and milk production. The farm keeps around 15 cattle.

Sustainability
Land is managed using no-till practices, supported by crop rotation and cover crops. This farming model focuses on soil preservation and long-term operational continuity.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for working capital needs to successfully complete the current season and prepare for the upcoming one. The financing is intended to support smooth continuity of farm operations between seasons.

Conclusion
The project represents a long-established mixed farm with crop production as its core activity and livestock providing an additional source of income. The farm has a significant owned land base, applies sustainable land management practices, and the financing purpose is clearly defined – to provide sufficient working capital to complete the current season and prepare for the next one.
