InSoil invites investors to finance an established crop farm operating in the Pakruojis district of Lithuania since 2014.
The farm is managed by Donatas Malinauskas, an experienced farmer with more than a decade of farming experience. According to the 2026 crop declaration, the farmer cultivates 104.36 hectares of agricultural land, representing an increase of approximately 32% compared with the previously reported 79.15 hectares.
The farm grows wheat, rapeseed and other field crops. Its machinery fleet includes a combine harvester, two tractors, a seed drill, a sprayer, a trailer and other agricultural equipment. The farmer applies no-till farming practices.
The farm's 2025 financial results demonstrate improved business performance:

Sales revenue reached EUR 107,027, compared with EUR 67,411 in 2024.
Total income, including agricultural subsidies, amounted to EUR 125,195.
Net profit increased to EUR 14,844, compared with EUR 4,108 in 2024.
Total assets amounted to EUR 217,920, including agricultural land, machinery and other assets used in farming operations.
According to the Creditinfo report dated 23 October 2026, the farmer has no registered outstanding debts or negative payment records. No asset seizures were recorded in the relevant public register.
The farmer has a successful repayment history on the InSoil platform. He previously received a EUR 15,000 loan (LT0002294), which has been fully repaid. The loan term ended on 4 October 2026, and the outstanding balance on the platform is currently EUR 0.
The farmer is seeking additional working capital financing to support ongoing agricultural operations and cover seasonal operating expenses. The financing will help maintain business continuity and support the management of seasonal cash flow requirements.
With more than a decade of farming experience, an expanded cultivated area, increased sales revenue, improved financial results and a fully repaid previous InSoil loan, the farmer continues to develop his agricultural operations while demonstrating experience in meeting financial obligations.
