InSoil invites investors to finance an established agricultural farm operating in the Plungė district of Lithuania since 2001.

The farm is managed by Sandra Šedienė, who has more than 25 years of farming experience. According to the 2026 crop declaration, the farmer cultivates 69.99 hectares of agricultural land. The farm specialises in crop production, growing a variety of agricultural crops.

The farm owns fixed assets required for agricultural operations, including land, buildings and farming machinery. According to the 2025 financial statements, the book value of machinery and equipment amounts to EUR 67,796.

The farm's 2025 financial results demonstrate an improvement in its financial position:

Sales revenue reached EUR 65,067, compared with EUR 52,270 in 2024.

Total income, including agricultural subsidies, amounted to EUR 79,267.

Net profit reached EUR 28,707, compared with a net loss of EUR 27,577 in 2024.

Total assets amounted to EUR 173,547, with equity of EUR 82,677.

Total liabilities decreased from EUR 175,630 to EUR 90,870, representing a reduction of almost 48%.

The significant reduction in liabilities and increase in equity indicate an improvement in the farm's financial position. At the end of 2025, equity represented approximately 48% of total assets.

According to the Credit info report dated 14 September 2026, the farmer has no registered outstanding debts or negative payment records. No asset seizures were recorded in the relevant public register.

The farmer is seeking EUR 25,000 in working capital financing to support ongoing agricultural operations and cover seasonal operating expenses. The financing will help maintain business continuity and manage seasonal cash flow requirements.

With more than two decades of farming experience, Sandra Šedienė has established a long-standing agricultural business. Increased sales revenue, reduced financial liabilities and a stronger equity position provide a foundation for the farm's continued operations.
