InSoil invites investors to finance an established crop farm operating in the Ukmergė district of Lithuania since 2015.

The farm is managed by Sigutė Pečeliūnaitė-Kintienė, who started her farming activities in 2015 after successfully obtaining EU support under the Young Farmers' Establishment Scheme. Together with her husband, she operates a crop farm specialising in the cultivation of wheat, field beans and rapeseed.

The farm has agricultural machinery and equipment, including a telescopic loader and other farming implements. The farmer aims to expand her operations by renting additional agricultural land.

The farm's 2025 financial results demonstrate improved business performance:

Sales revenue increased to EUR 13,197, compared with EUR 7,321 in 2024, representing growth of approximately 80%.

Total income, including agricultural subsidies, amounted to EUR 19,599.

Net profit reached EUR 3,354, compared with a net loss of EUR 6,661 in 2024.

Total assets amounted to EUR 27,415, with equity of EUR 16,020.

Total liabilities amounted to EUR 11,395.

In 2025, the farm returned to profitability at the operating level, while net cash flow from operating activities reached EUR 19,722.

The farmer has a successful repayment history on the InSoil platform. She previously received a EUR 15,000 loan (LT0001695), which has been fully repaid. The loan term ended on 20 November 2025, and the outstanding balance on the platform is currently EUR 0.

According to the Creditinfo report dated 23 October 2026, the farmer has no registered outstanding debts or negative payment records. No asset seizures were recorded in the relevant public register.

The farmer is seeking additional working capital financing to support ongoing agricultural operations and cover seasonal operating expenses. The financing will help maintain business continuity and manage seasonal cash flow requirements.

With more than a decade of farming experience, Sigutė Pečeliūnaitė-Kintienė continues to develop her family farm. Increased sales revenue, a return to profitability and a fully repaid previous InSoil loan demonstrate the farm's progress and the borrower's experience in meeting financial obligations.
