Maciej is a young farmer, who got the farm from his mother in the second part of 2021, hence the low income in that year (which consists only of a milk contract signed in his name). The income for 2022 presented on the platform includes only reports from Q1 and Q2 2022. The farmer earns about 5 000 € per month from his milk contract, he also sells meat and wheat. Despite his age, he already has a lot of experience in farming, hence the regular increase in income throughout his first year can be seen.
The farm is 23ha and the farmer's mother is helping him out. Our client's business is cereals cultivation and milk production. The farm is located in the Podlasie region which is the biggest milk manufacturing region of Poland. The farmer supplies MLEKOVITA company (the MLEKOVITA Group is the largest dairy group in Central and Eastern Europe).
As of today, the farmer owns 32 cows and 8 heifers. He intends to buy 20 more cows to increase profitability. He sows his fields with wheat and corn. He also owns meadows where the cows graze.
He uses such machinery as:
- 2 tractors
- fodder wagon
- spreader
- rake
- mower
- sprayer
- plow
The loan from Heavy Finance will help this young farmer to develop his business, and increase supplies to MLEKOVITA which will allow significant income growth.
He intends to buy 20 more cows to increase profitability and use remaining loan amount as a working capital of the farm.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
