Payment schedule
The owner of the project acquired his farm in 2015 when his parents passed on the land (10 hectares) to him. Since then, he has dedicated himself to modernising the farm, specialising in onions and potatoes, while also increasing the acreage.
Current sowing structure:
30 ha of potatoes, 12 ha of onions, 5 ha of sugar beet, 6 ha of mung beans, and 7 ha of wheat.

The sowing structure is larger than the declared acreage because he cultivates the land through an agreement with his neighbours. He currently farms 35 hectares of documented land. The total cultivation that results from the farmer's declaration and the amount of crops sold on invoices is 60 hectares.

The farmer aims to fully automate production to eliminate the need to employ additional workers. His brother helps him with most of the duties. The project owner is currently awaiting sustainable agriculture certification and has already gone through all the required procedures. In addition, he is actively involved within the onion producers association as he's considered as being one of the most respected onion producers in his region.
As an experienced farmer, he advises on how to grow crops correctly in a no-till system. He has even been featured in the respectable Polish press:

The farm utilises the following machinery to aid it in farming activities:
  • SULKY DX20 spreader (2020)
  • KVERNELAND AirNova maize drill (2023)
  • AMAZONE UG2200 sprayer (2017)
  • KVERNELAND upside cultivator (2021)
  • KUBOTA M7 tractor (2019)
  • MASSEY FERGUSON 5709M tractor (2022)
  • and specialised machinery such as weeders, and chive cutters
The funds from HeavyFinance will help the farmer to finance the construction of grain storage with an attic (70mx12m). This will result in an increase in production profitability due to the sorting plant and packing line. Another investment will be a soil mulcher to improve cultivation.
Following these adaptations, the next goal will be to increase the acreage.

Here are two videos from the farmer: https://youtu.be/JEYqsDEoBDI and https://youtu.be/xYOS9tDH04E

The revenue for 2022 consists of 10 021 € in subsidies.
