Payment schedule
The project owner has been running the farm (which was inherited from his parents) for 17 years. He has 16 hectares of his own land and about 80 hectares of leases. The farm is being taken care of by himself and his wife.

The farmer is involved in milk production and has 80 dairy cows, 25 heifers over 2 years old and 35 calves over a year old. He makes half of the feed himself and buys half. He sows 16 ha with corn, 8 ha with grain and the rest is grassland for the cows.
He uses conventional cultivation.

The farmer has been using such machinery as:

He has a multi-year contract with Mlekovita (which is the biggest manufacturer of dairy products in Poland). The farmer needs external finance to complete the construction of a modern barn worth 3 million PLN in which each cow will have its own paddock of 5m2, and thanks to this he will receive an annual subsidy of 200,000 PLN from the EU.

This is the third out of three planned financings. The farmer pledges all his 16,5 ha of land worth around 168,000 € for all 3 loans. 

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
