In 2019 the farmer received part of the farm (5 hectares) from his father and recently bought another 6,86 hectares.

He focuses on milk production and currently keeps 15 heads of adult Holstein-Freisian cows, plus 5 heifers under performance evaluation. The cows have a monthly yield of approximately 11,000L. The milk is sold to OSM Łowicz dairy.
The farmer produces the feed himself from purchased grain. The farm is managed entirely by himself.

The project owner uses such machinery as:

  • BLANCHER 3200L sprayer

The client sows intercrops in the form of a Gorzow mixture. Straw is returned to the field in manure. Crop rotation is subordinated to cow farming and consists of 11ha of maize as well as 4,45ha of grass with lucerne.

This is the second financing from HeavyFinance (the first one was used to buy cows) and it will be used to purchase more land. 


NOTE: Farmer started in late 2019 hence the small revenue in 2020 and 2021. The revenue for 2023 is already almost all of 2022 revenue and the farmer expects the final amount to be higher than the last year.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
