In 1992. Mr Bogdan received the farm from his parents, at that time the farm had 8 cows and 18ha of land. Currently, the farm has 120ha of land, of which 52ha is owned. Mr Bogdan runs the farm together with his wife Monika and two sons.
The farm specialised in milk production. They currently keep 86 Holstein-Fresian cows, 56 of which are already dairy. The farmers mostly produce their own feed from their own components, only buying premixes and additives. The current sowing structure consists of: maize - 18ha, cereals - 15ha, potatoes - 2ha, intercrops - 15ha, and grasses with lucerne - 80ha
Thanks to sustainable practices, the farm is a beneficiary of subsidies (eco-schemes), as they commit to sowing intercrops, applying manure to the soil and mixing it in within 12 hours of spreading.

The farm has been cooperating with the MLEKPOL (largest dairy company in PL) for many years.
The farmer's immediate plan is to switch to no-till or strip-till, as well as increase the herd to 160 head and build a calf barn, and this will happen thanks to the loan from HeavyFinance.
NOTE: This is the bigger financing consisting of 3 loans.
Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
