The farmer has been running the farm for over 28 years. It was inherited from his parents with 7 hectares of land. As of today, the farm area covers 14 hectares all of which is orchard production.
Jarosław produces dessert-quality fruits because they ensure sales and profitability of the farm. By using covers (foil tunnels, anti-hail nets) he became independent from weather conditions, this way he can ensure constant delivery times during, for example, unfavourable weather conditions.
The farmer grows such fruits as:
- cherries under hail protection net (5 ha)
- plums (2 ha)
- strawberry (1,5 ha)
- raspberry in polytunnels (1,5 ha)
- blackberry in polytunnels (0,5 ha)
- dessert currant (0,5 ha)
- raspberry and blackberry without covers (2 ha)

The farmer has cold storage buildings with a capacity of 200 t, as well as a sorting plant in which fruits are prepared for sale and shipment.
All crops are irrigated with the possibility of fertilization (fertigation) controlled by a modern computer (fertilizer mixer) by Watermill.
The project owner has long-term contracts with supermarkets throughout the whole country.
