"Farm Overview for Investors

This innovative poultry farm, owned by Mateusz Led, is located in Olszewnica, eastern Poland. Operating since 2018, the farm specializes in contract poultry production in close partnership with Drosed Surowiec Sp. z o.o., a key member of the Drosed S.A. group—one of Europe’s largest poultry producers. This collaboration ensures financial stability, access to the latest technologies, and continued development opportunities.

The farm has demonstrated remarkable growth, steadily increasing its production scale each year to meet demand from both domestic and international markets. Its operations are currently based in a modernized, fully utilized facility with 640 m² of production space.

Investment Opportunity

To respond to growing demand and unlock further expansion, the farm is now pursuing the purchase of a mobile poultry house with a larger area (1,624 m²). This new facility will enable not only a significant increase in production volume, but also a transition to environmentally-friendly, organic poultry farming—improving animal welfare standards.

A unique proposition of this project is the commitment to sustainability. The new mobile chicken coop will allow the farm to reduce annual energy consumption by over 30%. This delivers measurable cost savings and environmental benefits, positioning the farm as a leader in energy-efficient, modern agriculture.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
