This project provides the HeavyFinance investor community with an opportunity to invest in a working capital loan for the development of the vineyard in Portugal, Lanhoso region. The loan will be secured by a first-hand mortgage on a Forklift CLARK C50SD demo and other smaller equipment used in the wine-making process.
A 38-year-old winemaker is developing 10 hectares of vineyards in Portugal. All the land is owned by the businessman and his father. The family has long-standing traditions of wine production. Having started making wine for personal use, they introduced the first labelled wine eight years ago. Now the family-owned vineyard is producing two wine brands - "Vinhos de Lanhoso Branco" white wine, made from Loureiro and Trajadura grape varieties, and "Vinhos de Lanhoso Tinto" red wine, made from Vinhão and Borraçal grapes. The current production level of this vineyard is approximately 50,000 bottles per year.
A winemaker has started to develop a project to modernize the production of the vineyard, which involves applying a state-of-the-art irrigation system, planting new vineyards, and modernizing the winery. A 25.000 € working capital loan, which the businessman is willing to receive from the HeavyFinance investor community, would be used to finish some instalments to increase the wine production capacity. The loan will be secured by a used Forklift CLARK C50SD demo and smaller wine production equipment. The total value of the pledged property is 69.677,50 €.
Gift for investors
Every investor, who will fund this particular loan, will receive a bottle of wine that was produced in the winemaker’s vineyards. Besides, every investor, who wants to visit the winemaker at his wine tasting place in Portugal, will get a glass of wine free of charge.
Interest
Fixed annual interest rate - 10%, fully compensated by HeavyFinance, UAB throughout the loan period.
Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
