Avervamos Lda has 20 Ha of owned land that has been in the family since the 19th century.
The main production is wine grapes, which take up 9 Ha of their farmland. Following a major investment in a new watering system in 2020 and land improvements in 2021, they increased their production to 120 tons of grapes this year, from 80 tons in the previous years. This represented an increase of revenue from 67.000 euros in 2021 to an estimated value well over 80.000 euros in 2022, in the grape production alone.
The remaining 11 Ha of land has a large variety of cultures that are sold locally, including potatoes, onions, oranges, tangerines, lemons, pears, passion fruit, kiwi, and different types of cabbages. They also expect to produce around 15 tons of fire wood in 2022.
They plan to continue doing land improvements and expanding the vineyard throughout 2023 to increase the production of grapes.
The company has an 11 200 € loan with HeavyFinance, which has been paid timely since January, and they are now looking for a new loan of 7 300 €, to face the increase in production costs, providing the company’s transport van as collateral.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
